Dear Creator,

Hi! I'm really looking forward to this challenge and seeing what you come up with! (I'll probably be copying and pasting some stuff from previous letters here. You can find past letters here and here if you're interested.)

Please don't be intimidated by the size of the letter! I'm using some prompts from older letters as well. The prompts and ideas are only suggestions! I'm totally fine with mixing and matching tropes/likes/kinks/etc. to come up with a story too!

What I Love: I'm currently really into gothic romance/gothic horror/horror of any stripe really. I also love ambiguous/happy for now/sad endings (though I am not opposed to happy endings in the slightest). I love things that make me think, and are not necessarily tied up with a neat pretty bow.

I love characters dealing with mortality (of their careers or their lives). I also dig found family/families of choice, pining, minor miscommunication, undercover as married, mistaken for dating, pretend dating, enemies to lovers, enemies to friends to lovers, friends to lovers, poly/poly-v relationships, popular clichéd tropes inverted (i.e. gay for you, married in Vegas, A/B/O, soulmates/soulmate marks, etc), meet-cutes/meet-uglies, and epistolary/use of social media pastiche (use of fake texts, tweets, facebook posts, emails, and more.      ◊ Future fic/AU. After the movie, a bit of evidence Amy forgot or overlooked is brought to light and she's eventually sent to prison for Desi's murder. Amy soon escapes and hides out in Go's house while she's on vacation, but Go comes back unexpectedly.
     ◊ Future fic. Go will do anything to get Amy out of her brother's and nephew's life. Even if it means seduction and blackmail. But Amy is always one step ahead of her... or is she?

     ◊ Post-Endgame. Thor comes back to New Asgard a little while later, having coped with some of his trauma and in a better place. Valkyrie seems to be shutting him out though. But why? Maybe Valkyrie isn't good with feelings and is afraid to start a relationship after the heartbreak of losing Blonde Valkyrie (pls give Blonde Valkyrie a real name if she pops up here). Or perhaps Valkyrie worries their attraction could get in the way of their friendship and/or her role as ruler of New Asgard.
     ◊ Post-Endgame or AU. Thor and Valkyrie must pretend to be in a relationship for a mission, which leads both of them to realize they want more than just friendship—but each is convinced the other either looks at them only as a friend or isn't in a position for a relationship. Fake/pretend dating and mutual pining FTW.
     ◊ Endgame AU. Thor stays with Valkyrie at New Asgard to help her rebuild her new kingdom. It's not long before Thor realizes they're essentially dating and everyone around them assumes they're already a couple. However, Thor's convinced Valkyrie isn't interested in him or their chance for a relationship has passed. Of course Thor is wrong and Valkyrie is as much into him as he is into her, but since they're them they've gotta work hard for it.
     ◊ Deleted scenes/missing moments between Valkyrie and Thor during that five year time gap in Endgame. Maybe they come together out of grief, but manage to make something beautiful together in a world shattered and scarred by Thanos and the Decimation.
     ◊ Fake marriage! Thor and Valkyrie have to pretend to be married for some reason. The mission ends up going sideways, but it does help Thor realize he might actually really want to put a ring on it.
     ◊ Accidental baby acquisition! But with an Asgardian bent. Valkyrie and Thor have to pose as a couple for a mission—while shape-shifting Loki poses as their baby/child.
     ◊ Thor and Valkyrie impulsively get married in the aftermath of Endgame, and then immediately have buyer's remorse. Cue some miscommunication and mutual pining as one of them thinks the relationship isn't mutual because the other makes noise about an annulment or divorce but it turns out the one who's talking about divorce thinks the same thing. HEA with Thor and Valkyrie eventually getting out of their own way and staying together (either married or not) pls.
     ◊ Soulmates AU. Thor and Valkyrie are soulbonded on Sakaar.
     ◊ Soulmates AU. Valkyrie and Thor are soulbonded but find the whole thing rather inconvenient.
     ◊ Thor and Valkyrie get dosed with what they think is sex pollen. They manage to fight off the effects but soon realize it wasn't sex pollen—it was a love potion.
     ◊ Valkyrie pegging Thor.

James "Bucky" Barnes/Shuri
     ◊
     ◊ After Endgame, a weary Bucky takes some time for himself and returns to Wakanda to continue healing. There, his friendship with Shuri slowly grows into something more. (T'challa can disapprove of the relationship, if you'd like, but I'd prefer no shovel talks.)
     ◊ After Endgame and the reversal of the Decimation, Shuri has to find her place in a world that's no longer familiar to her. Bucky Barnes has a lot of experience in that regard, and the two lean on each other as they recover, their friendship slowly blossoming into romance..
     ◊ A bad guy kidnaps Shuri for her tech and Bucky vows to tear the world apart until he finds her. Somehow, along the way, inconvenient feelings happen which they both gamely ignore. But once the mission is over, those feelings are still here. How do they cope in the aftermath?
     ◊ Fake marriage! They must pose as a married couple for some reason, and one of them (or both of them) likes the married life a lot more than they thought they would.
     ◊ Shuri gets (non-seriously) injured by a bad guy and Bucky takes care of her and tends to her injury.
     ◊ Bucky gets kidnapped and Shuri goes off to find him.
     ◊ Bucky and Shuri have to take care of a de-aged Avenger and fall for each other in the process. (I'm particularly amused by the idea of a de-aged Tony or Loki fwiw.)
     ◊ Bucky returns to Wakanda to help T'Challa and Shuri rebuild their country after the war and the return of those lost during the Decimation. While there, he and Shuri grow closer but Bucky is reluctant to get too close...until Shuri's safety is threatened.
     ◊ Post-Endgame, Bucky and Shuri wake up married. Whoops. No one's exactly happy about it, least of all Bucky and Shuri. Do they stay married?
     ◊ Bucky and Shuri have to go on the run together. Who's after them? Do they fall in looove? (For the sake of fanfic, yes.)
     ◊ After Endgame, Shuri helps Bucky settle in Wakanda. ~~(With his goats.)~~
     ◊ Bucky and Shuri get hit with a love potion. Can they resist its effects? (Turns out it's not a love potion, it's just a placebo. They played themselves.)
     ◊ Bucky and Shuri help each other deal with being snapped, offering comfort and friendship that leads to more.
     ◊ What is it like to be un-snapped/un-dusted? How do they reintegrate into life? Of course, they end up leaning on each other.

     ◊ I liked the little interaction we got in Endgame and would adore if someone extrapolated that out into a full-fledged fic. Maybe Carol and Thor bond over their shared life-experiences in quiet moments between the big action sequences.
     ◊ Either set during Endgame or perhaps an AU: Thor and Carol reminisce together about the loved ones they've lost and swap stories over cheap booze before stealing a moment together in their grief.
     ◊ Thor and Carol train together prior to the final battle, and release some pent-up frustration.
     ◊ Future fic or AU. Carol helps Thor deal with his guilt after Endgame.
     ◊ Carol pegs Thor. Can't go wrong with pegging fic, honestly.

Carol Danvers/Yon-Rogg
     ◊ I have complicated feelings about this ship. I feel like most of the feelings are on Yon-Rogg's side so please feel free to play with one-sided/unrequited love for this pairing. (I will love anything you write, so please don't let that deter you!)
     ◊ Missing scene or AU. A sparring session leads to no-strings, feelingsless sex to let out aggression. Except Yon-Rogg wants more.
     ◊ Future fic or AU. After Endgame, Yon-Rogg comes back looking for Carol. The two have an emotionally fraught reunion. (Feelings can be one-sided/unrequited and/or unacted upon.)
     ◊ Future fic or AU. Carol is growing unsatisfied in her one-sided relationship with Yon-Rogg, who thinks everything's just fine. Do they work things out or do things come to a head?

     ◊ Brunnhilde finally gets around to introducing her girlfriend Carol (and Carol's girlfriend Maria) to her boyfriend Thor. Things go considerably better than expected.
     ◊ The four of them end up on the Grandmaster's Orgy Ship.
     ◊ Give me domestic relationship moments between Brunnhilde, Carol, Thor, and Maria (you're more than welcome to include Monica!). (ETA June 30th: This probably doesn't need clarification, but just to be sure...I don't mean I want Monica included in the foursome!)

Sidney Prescott/Cotton Weary

I was just thinking about this pairing when I saw this was nominated! Cotton manages to be kind of creepy even without being the murderer, but then sort of redeems himself in Scream 2 and gets a happy ending...until Scream 3, at least.

Prompts/ideas:
     ◊ Cotton Doesn't Die AU. After Scream 3, Sidney is able to move on and start living her life while Cotton thrives as a radio host. Eventually they meet up at their high school reunion...when the killing starts again. (Or you can forego the killing and just have them getting together.)
     ◊ After the events of the movies, Cotton becomes a little obsessed with Sidney. Sidney doesn't mind, until odd things start happening and it looks like Cotton is to blame.
     ◊ Sidney and Cotton get together for "Thank God we survived" sex after he survives the killer in Scream 3.

Ahsoka Tano/Darth Vader (SW Rebels)

Prompts/ideas:
     ◊ Canon AU. Ahsoka rescues a seriously wounded Vader after their Rebels duel and takes him with her to nurse him back to health. Trauma bonding between reluctant, even adversarial former friends leads to more!
     ◊ What-if AU. After Padmé dies during her confrontation with Anakin on Mustafar, Anakin blames Sidious for her death. Rather than confront Obi-Wan, Anakin rebels and kills Sidious instead, crowning himself emperor. He then calls Ahsoka back and appoints her his right-hand woman. Ahsoka is conflicted but unflinchingly loyal to her old friend and in deep denial about the darkness she sees in him. Then Anakin starts hinting that he wants Ahsoka to become his empress. Does she accept? Does she rebel against Anakin?
     ◊ Reluctant former allies Ahsoka and Vader crash-land together for some reason, on a freezing planet, and need to huddle together for warmth.
     ◊ Canon AU. Ahsoka and Vader's Rebels battle went differently, with their Force Bond being re-linked/"woken" up. Does Vader abduct her for Reasons? Does she go with him willingly? Maybe Ahsoka's the one to capture Vader and turn the tables on him.
     ◊ Ahsoka and Vader get captured by an even bigger, badder Big Bad than Vader or the Emperor and bond over the experience.
     ◊ Ahsoka and/or Vader are both desperately touch-starved but not allowed to touch or are unable to touch. How do they get around that?
     ◊ Career" swap AU where Ahsoka is the Sith Lady and she captures Anakin as a prisoner of galactic war. It isn't until she has him back at her castle that she realizes her old friend could be more than a political pawn.
     ◊ Vader abducts Ahsoka to brainwash her into becoming his right-hand woman, but Ahsoka turns the tables on him.
     ◊ Canon AU. Vader and Ahsoka get pollened (sex or otherwise) or Force-whammied or otherwise lose their bodily autonomy together. It's a particularly frightening experience for Vader, trapped in his claustrophobic suit, and Ahsoka tries to comfort him as best she can while still dealing with the effects herself.
Ahsoka realizes she and Vader are still psychically linked when she starts feeling his pain through their Force bond.
     ◊ Canon AU. Ahsoka falls with Anakin, with Anakin becoming Vader and Ahsoka being trained as Palpatine's top assassin. But Ahsoka isn't easily broken. Rebellion from the inside!
     ◊ Ahsoka is injured by a Big Bad (space pirate? monster? alien?) and Vader abducts her to "take care" of her (in his own fucked up way).
     ◊ Beauty and the Beast type AU, with Vader abducting and bringing Ahsoka back to his castle as his captive.
     ◊ Orpheus AU with Ahsoka trying to bring Vader back to the light side. Tragic ending optional.
     ◊ Hades/Persephone AU where Vader or Ahsoka imprisons the other, hoping to break them down.

Ben Solo | Kylo Ren/Rose Tico
     ◊ Future fic and/or AU. Kylo kidnaps Rose as a political maneuver, then develops feelings for her. But does Rose feel the same way?
     ◊ Future fic and/or AU. Kylo pines for Rose while mistakenly believing she's in a relationship with Finn.
     ◊ Future fic and/or AU. Bad guys (space pirates?) force pining Kylo and oblivious Rose to do it. (Dubcon is acceptable here, of course, given the nature of "bad guys made them do it.")
     ◊ Future fic and/or AU. Kylo pines for Rose who pines for Finn (who's in a relationship with Rey). Do Kylo and Rose turn to each other, and perhaps their FWB situation becomes more?

Armitage Hux/Rose Tico
     ◊ Future fic or AU. Hux and Rose get thrown together for some reason. They clash immediately, before easing into an awkward, reluctant partnership against a greater evil. (HEA not necessary.)
     ◊ Future fic. Hux is captured by the Resistance and put on trial before being condemned to death. As one of his last acts, Hux requests Rose's presence. Does she go? Why does he want to see her?
     ◊ Future fic or AU. Hux defects to the Resistance. Most Resistance members reluctantly accept his intel but Rose doesn't trust him and is convinced he's a plant. Hux can be a double agent or truly on the side of the Resistance, it's up to the author. HEA also not necessary.
     ◊ Future fic or AU. Rose goes on a suicide mission against the First Order when she and Hux both crash land on an inhospitable planet and are forced to turn to each other for survival. Again, HEA not necessary. They don't have to end up together.

Finn/Rose Tico
     ◊ Future fic. After the Resistance's victory, Finn and Rose impulsively get married.
     ◊ Future fic. Finn and Rose go on a suicide mission to infiltrate the First Order when they get captured together by brutal space pirates who force them to perform in degrading exhibitions (I was thinking along the lines of some fucked up space!Eurovision or Galaxy's Got Talent type entertainment show).
     ◊ Post-TLJ. Immediately post-TLJ, Finn and Rose go on their first date together.
