If none of my ideas/prompts catch your attention, I'm totally fine with mixing and matching some of my tropes/likes/freeforms/etc. to come up with a story! I also may not have specific prompts for every pairing/fandom I've requested. If anything is confusing, or you have any questions or need clarification, you can reach me through the mods!

Prompts/ideas:
I found myself intrigued and fascinated by their relationship, and the glimpses of it that were shown in the movie. It seemed like they really were close before all the betrayal and backstabbing and murder. Miles seemed especially effected, having considered Andi his protege even though she was the one who brought him into the group, and reacting vindictively when she started to break away from hum and show independence of him and the group.

I like the idea of playing around with canon, with Andi actually faking her death and coming back for her own revenge, or acting with Helen. Or Andi reaching out from beyond the grave. I'm also interested in pre-canon missing scenes and insights into their relationship. Miles is obviously some sort of sociopath, and yet he felt something toward Andi, even if it was borne out of the fact he considered her an extension of himself. (An AU where Miles is Andi's pet sociopath?)

Anyway I'd be very happy if you played around with the themes of the movie, in addition to my pet themes of mutual obsession, revenge, and fucked up relationship dynamics.

I would love to see Helen handle him on a more intimate, personal level; she vindicated her sister and ruined his reputation. What might she do if he sought her out afterwards? Would she try to further ruin his life? Would she feel some compassion, or toy with him a bit?

Does Miles go to prison? What if Helen visits him, either for a conversation or to taunt him. Or maybe, if Miles doesn't go to prison, Helen and Miles accidentally run into each other years later. What happens then? Love the idea of them becoming mutually obsessed with each other.

Or maybe you'd like to insert a missing scene, or conjure up an AU for them. I'm not really a huge fan of complete setting change AUs, or supernatural/fantasy/etc. AUs for canons like L.A. Confidential but I do think a classic superhero AU might work for this fandom.

I feel like Bud and Ed would probably sublimate a lot of their desire for each other through violence (which colored some of my tag choices) so feel free to play around with those themes of desire and violence and their intermingling.

I'll always lament that we didn't have more of an interaction between Sidney and Roman in the movie, though there were some very interesting moments between them. Please expand on that, or create a missing scene or AU (Roman survives? 'What if'? Different first meeting?) to explore the potential. What if they'd met when they were younger, and Roman was able to exert an influence over Sid? What if one of them knew they were siblings but the other didn't? What if Sid was a bit more fucked up than she is in canon... Obsession (mutual and otherwise), toxic relationships, stalking, revenge, desire and violence, power dynamics/power dynamics inverted, all themes and tropes I love. I also wouldn't be opposed to a healthy dose of gothic romance, with all that entails.

Additional notes: I'm fine with character death that isn't Sidney or Roman. Either Roman survived his death or he got resurrected somehow?

I feel like a broken record but mutual obsession with a healthy dose of sci-fi? Sign me up. Maybe there's another version of Sid somewhere (a more advanced version? Or an old backup?) that Parker has to defeat. Or maybe some events in the movie happen differently, with Parker getting trapped with Sid in the virtual world, or Sid remaining on the outside. Maybe in one last hurrah, Sid tricked Parker and they weren't able to save Madison or her daughter in the real world. I think a lot of my freeforms/tags would work as missing scenes from the movie, or slight AUs/tweaks to canon. I also do like the idea of something post-canon where Parker runs into a previous version of Sid, or a more advanced version (maybe they were working on multiple versions/updates and had a copy of Sid that wasn't destroyed)?

Play on themes/tropes of mutual obsession, violence, autonomy, what's real/what's not, and I'll be thrilled!
