au fest letter
I'll be completely honest, I signed up for this without checking to see if it was the exchange, so my prompts are pretty similar to my exchange requests. You can find my exchange letter, with further details, here.
I'm going to elaborate on some of my fest prompts further here, but that letter should have the majority of my likes/dislikes/DNWs/prompts.

Prompts: I'd love a post-s1/pre-s2 AU where Discovery recovers/rescues prime universe Lorca and he struggles to reintegrate with the Federation and Discovery crew. Has he been "corrupted" by his time in the Mirror Universe so that he's nearly indistinguishable from his mirror counterpart? Is he just traumatized? Can two traumatized individuals (whose traumas are intertwined) find happiness together?
I'd also love an AU where mirror Michael usurps the throne, Philippa abdicates in her favor or dies and Michael assumes the role, or whatever. What kind of ruler would she be? What if her rough edges have been somewhat blunted by her interactions with prime universe Lorca in some way.
Re. Michael and mirror Philippa, I'd love any sort of twisted pseudo mother-daughter relationship. Michael's immense guilt over indirectly leading to Philippa's death led her to bring a genocidal Terran tyrant to the prime universe; it's obviously a bond that goes beyond death and travel to an evil alternate universe! I haven't gotten to s3 or s4 yet but I'm aware of what happened with mirror Philippa; any sort of AUish take that brings her back into Michael's orbit would be much appreciated. Maybe the Disco crew finds itself back in the main timeline for some reason, and only mirror Philippa can help them either get back to the future or integrate without getting charged with treason.
Re. Mirror Philippa and Prime Lorca, the tie-in book Drastic Measures indicates Prime Lorca survived (despite Kat Cornwell's proclamation that he's likely dead) and is being held in a Terran prison. I'm assuming the book is canon so... Does he escape and look for Philippa? What if he makes it back to the prime universe and ends up with Section 31, as Philippa does?
If none of these ideas inspires, feel free to mix/match my additional tags or likes with my pairs/characters to come up with something!

Prompts: I'd love something where Barba stays after Undiscovered Country and they end up getting married/he adopts Noah OR something set in s22-s23 where Barba and Benson are in a secret relationship but have to deal with the specter of Elliot Stabler and the fallout of the Wheatley trial. Maybe Stabler thinks he and Liv still have a shot and doesn't realize (or refuses to accept) Liv and Barba are together.
Notes: i'd prefer no actual Benson/Stabler though hints of a past relationship/one-sided relationship are fine.
