A lot of my prompts are heavily influenced by The Avengers: Endgame so it helps if you've seen it!

Dear Creator,

Hi! This is my first time doing this challenge and I'm really looking forward to it! (I'll probably be copying and pasting some stuff from previous letters here. You can find past letters here and here if you're interested.)

Please don't be intimidated by the size of the letter! The prompts and ideas are only suggestions! I'm totally fine with mixing and matching tropes/likes/kinks/etc. to come up with a story too!

What I Love: I'm currently really into gothic romance/gothic horror/horror of any stripe really. I also love ambiguous/happy for now/sad endings (though I am not opposed to happy endings in the slightest). I love things that make me think, and are not necessarily tied up with a neat pretty bow.

I love characters dealing with mortality (of their careers or their lives). I also dig found family/families of choice, pining, minor miscommunication, undercover as married, mistaken for dating, pretend dating, enemies to lovers, enemies to friends to lovers, friends to lovers, poly/poly-v relationships, popular clichéd tropes inverted (i.e. gay for you, married in Vegas, A/B/O, soulmates/soulmate marks, etc), meet-cutes/meet-uglies, and epistolary/use of social media pastiche (use of fake texts, tweets, facebook posts, emails, and more. This is a good example of what I mean here.)

     ◊ Endgame AU. 2023!Thor gets ahold of Pym particles (or a time machine or whatever, I'm not picky) and travels back in time to save Loki from Thanos. Unfortunately for 2023!Thor and 2018!Loki, 2012!Loki has arrived to do the very same thing and the three of them miiiight have just broken the universe.
     ◊ Soulmates AU. Thor and Loki are platonically soulbonded. When Loki dies at the start of Infinity War, Thor is devastated...but what happens when he not only gets his brother back, but a previous time traveling version of him as well?

Carol Danvers/Thor
     ◊ I liked the little interaction we got in Endgame and would adore if someone extrapolated that out into a full-fledged fic. Maybe Carol and Thor bond over their shared life-experiences in quiet moments between the big action sequences.
     ◊ Either set during Endgame or perhaps an AU: Thor and Carol reminisce together about the loved ones they've lost and swap stories over cheap booze before stealing a moment together in their grief.
     ◊ Thor and Carol train together prior to the final battle, and release some pent-up frustration.
     ◊ Carol helps Thor deal with his guilt.
     ◊ Carol pegs Thor. Can't go wrong with pegging fic, honestly.

Steve Rogers/Thor
     ◊ An Endgame deleted scene or missing moment. Steve and Thor have an adrenalized post-fight victory fuck. What can I say? I'm a fan of simple pleasures.
     ◊ Another Endgame (AUish) deleted scene/missing moment. Thor shaves off Steve's beard and, later, Steve brushes and braids Thor's hair/beard.
     ◊ Porn AU. Thor is the world famous porn star (and superstar of Asgard Studios) known as the Hammer. And Steve is the superfan who wins a meet-and-greet with him.
     ◊ 2023!Steve travels to 2013!Asgard to return the Reality Stone and runs into 2013!Thor. Naturally, 2013!Thor assumes it's Loki... How does 2023!Steve convince 2013!Thor he's not actually Loki? Seduction, maybe? (Thorny identity issues would be great. And you can even throw in some latent incestuous themes/thoughts too.)
     ◊ Post-Endgame AU. Thor gets ahold of some Pym particles and decides to save his brother. Instead, he runs into 2012!Steve, who is on a mission to find the missing 2012!Loki. They decide to look for him together and ~fall in love~ of course.

Thor/Brunnhilde | Valkyrie
     ◊ Post-Endgame. Thor comes back to New Asgard a little while later, having coped with some of his trauma and in a better place. Valkyrie seems to be shutting him out though. But why? Maybe Valkyrie isn't good with feelings and is afraid to start a relationship after the heartbreak of losing Blonde Valkyrie (pls give Blonde Valkyrie a real name if she pops up here). Or perhaps Valkyrie worries their attraction could get in the way of their friendship and/or her role as ruler of New Asgard.
     ◊ Post-Endgame or AU. Thor and Valkyrie must pretend to be in a relationship for a mission, which leads both of them to realize they want more than just friendship—but each is convinced the other either looks at them only as a friend or isn't in a position for a relationship. Fake/pretend dating and mutual pining FTW.
     ◊ Endgame AU. Thor stays with Valkyrie at New Asgard to help her rebuild her new kingdom. It's not long before Thor realizes they're essentially dating and everyone around them assumes they're already a couple. However, Thor's convinced Valkyrie isn't interested in him or their chance for a relationship has passed. Of course Thor is wrong and Valkyrie is as much into him as he is into her, but since they're them they've gotta work hard for it.
     ◊ Deleted scenes/missing moments between Valkyrie and Thor during that five year time gap in Endgame. Maybe they come together out of grief, but manage to make something beautiful together in a world shattered and scarred by Thanos and the Decimation.
     ◊ Fake marriage! Thor and Valkyrie have to pretend to be married for some reason. The mission ends up going sideways, but it does help Thor realize he might actually really want to put a ring on it.
     ◊ Accidental baby acquisition! But with an Asgardian bent. Valkyrie and Thor have to pose as a couple for a mission—while shape-shifting Loki poses as their baby/child.
     ◊ Thor and Valkyrie impulsively get married in the aftermath of Endgame, and then immediately have buyer's remorse. Cue some miscommunication and mutual pining as one of them thinks the relationship isn't mutual because the other makes noise about an annulment or divorce but it turns out the one who's talking about divorce thinks the same thing. HEA with Thor and Valkyrie eventually getting out of their own way and staying together (either married or not) pls.
     ◊ Soulmates AU. Thor and Valkyrie are soulbonded on Sakaar.
     ◊ Soulmates AU. Valkyrie and Thor are soulbonded but find the whole thing rather inconvenient.
     ◊ Thor and Valkyrie get dosed with what they think is sex pollen. They manage to fight off the effects but soon realize it wasn't sex pollen—it was a love potion.
     ◊ Valkyrie pegging Thor.

Thor & the Guardians of the Galaxy
     ◊ Thor joins the Guardians in their search for the missing 2014!Gamora.
     ◊ Thor has lost almost everything by the end of Endgame and needs some time to figure out his place in the new, post-Decimation world and what his future will look like. He ends up with the most unexpected family of choice in the Guardians of the Galaxy.
     ◊ The Guardians help Thor cope with his lingering guilt and loss after Endgame.

Art-wise, I'm not a fan of chibis but everything else goes. I leave all art decisions to the discretion of the artist, though I do adore bold, black lines and vivid colors. I would also love fannish recreations/renderings of famous paintings (e.g. Gustav Klimt's The Kiss but with Thor and Valkyrie, or Leonardo da Vinci's Last Supper starring Thor and the Guardians).

     ◊ After the events of Endgame, 2012!Loki ends up finding Valkyrie a few years earlier than in Thor: Ragnarok. How do these versions of Loki and Valkyrie come together?
     ◊ Brunnhilde is the one who time travels and ends up in 2012!New York. The Loki she catches gallivanting about town doesn't seem to recall that they're lovers and, in fact, doesn't even appear to recognize her. Brunnhilde investigates!
     ◊ 2012!Loki arrives in 2023 and goes to 2023!Brunnhilde for help. He's not at all the man she remembers—the man she started a relationship with during the journey to New Asgard. She wants to help 2012!Loki, but she can't stop looking for hints of 2018!Loki in him and finding none. Can they overcome the obstacles put in their path to one another?

Frigga & Loki
     ◊ Handwavey AU. Loki either gets his hands on some Pym particles or has a time machine of his own and goes back to 2013!Asgard for one last moment with his mother before her death.
     ◊ A pre-canon childhood fic, with Frigga perhaps training Loki and helping him with his magic.
     ◊ After his death in Infinity War, Loki goes looking for his mother in the underworld.

Hela & Loki & Thor
     ◊ I'd love an AU where Thor, Loki, and Hela grew up together. Give me snapshots of their childhood together. How would Hela being around influence and/or change Thor's and Loki's childhoods?
     ◊ Ragnarok AU. Hela doesn't die at the end and, instead, either sneaks aboard the Asgardian ship or she's granted clemency and is taken with them. How does having Hela in New Asgard change anything? Do the Asgardians come to trust her or do they fear/resent/etc. her?
     ◊ Maybe something a little more abstract like Hela, Loki, and Thor's thoughts on being the children of Odin and what that legacy entails.

Loki/Brunnhilde | Valkyrie
     ◊ Valkyrie travels back in time to save 2018!Loki and bring him back to 2023, but something goes wrong and they get stranded together in another time period (dealer's choice). Naturally, Valkyrie and Loki turn to one another to deal with the long, lonely nights.
     ◊ Either during Ragnarok, post-movie, or an AU. Valkyrie and Loki spar together and then have competitive sex.
     ◊ Loki and Valkyrie get dosed with what they think is sex pollen. They manage to fight off the effects but soon realize it wasn't sex pollen—it was a love potion.
     ◊ Valkyrie pegging Loki.

     ◊ Post-Endgame. Sam and Bucky need some downtime after the events of the movie and go on a roadtrip together.
     ◊ Fake/pretend relationship. Sam and Bucky pose as a couple in order to infiltrate an exclusive club or organization (that somehow requires them to be married, shut up it makes sense!!!!). But what if one of them wants more?
     ◊ Accidental/didn't-realize-we-were-dating dating. Sam and Bucky lean on each other after the events of Endgame, as their relationship morphs slowly from friendship to something more without either of them realizing it.
     ◊ Sam and Bucky accidentally acquire a child, which leads to them realizing how they feel about one another.
     ◊ In the aftermath of Endgame, with the Decimation being undone, there are a lot of shotgun weddings and victory babies. Sam and Bucky get drunk and end up in Vegas for a quickie wedding. How do they handle the aftermath?
     ◊ Sam and Bucky get dosed with what they think is sex pollen. They manage to fight off the effects but soon realize it wasn't sex pollen—it was a love potion.

James "Bucky" Barnes/Shuri
     ◊ After Endgame, a weary Bucky takes some time for himself and returns to Wakanda to continue healing. There, his friendship with Shuri slowly grows into something more. (T'challa can disapprove of the relationship, if you'd like, but I'd prefer no shovel talks.)
     ◊ After Endgame and the reversal of the Decimation, Shuri has to find her place in a world that's no longer familiar to her. Bucky Barnes has a lot of experience in that regard, and the two lean on each other as they recover, their friendship slowly blossoming into romance..
     ◊ A bad guy kidnaps Shuri for her tech and Bucky vows to tear the world apart until he finds her. Somehow, along the way, inconvenient feelings happen which they both gamely ignore. But once the mission is over, those feelings are still here. How do they cope in the aftermath?
     ◊ Fake marriage! They must pose as a married couple for some reason, and one of them (or both of them) likes the married life a lot more than they thought they would.
     ◊ Shuri gets (non-seriously) injured by a bad guy and Bucky takes care of her and tends to her injury.
     ◊ Bucky gets kidnapped and Shuri goes off to find him.
     ◊ Bucky and Shuri have to take care of a de-aged Avenger and fall for each other in the process. (I'm particularly amused by the idea of a de-aged Tony or Loki fwiw.)
     ◊ Bucky returns to Wakanda to help T'Challa and Shuri rebuild their country after the war and the return of those lost during the Decimation. While there, he and Shuri grow closer but Bucky is reluctant to get too close...until Shuri's safety is threatened.
     ◊ Post-Endgame, Bucky and Shuri wake up married. Whoops. No one's exactly happy about it, least of all Bucky and Shuri. Do they stay married?
     ◊ Bucky and Shuri have to go on the run together. Who's after them? Do they fall in looove? (For the sake of fanfic, yes.)
     ◊ After Endgame, Shuri helps Bucky settle in Wakanda. (With his goats.)
     ◊ Bucky and Shuri get hit with a love potion. Can they resist its effects? (Turns out it's not a love potion, it's just a placebo. They played themselves.)
     ◊ Bucky and Shuri help each other deal with being snapped, offering comfort and friendship that leads to more.
     ◊ What is it like to be un-snapped/un-dusted? How do they reintegrate into life? Of course, they end up leaning on each other.
     ◊ Bucky and Shuri get dosed with what they think is sex pollen. They manage to fight off the effects but soon realize it wasn't sex pollen—it was a love potion.

     ◊ Endgame fix-it or AU. Steve comes back from returning the Infinity Stones...but changed. After he tries to attack one of the Avengers, he's locked in a cell while his former friends try to decide what to do with him. What happened to Steve while he was gone? And why is Bucky the only person he'll speak to?
     ◊ Bucky and Steve get dosed with what they think is sex pollen. They manage to fight off the effects but soon realize it wasn't sex pollen—it was a love potion.

     ◊ Post-Endgame AU/fix-it. After the movie, Clint goes back to the past to find a previous version of Natasha to bring back to 2023. Naturally, messing with spacetime has its consequences and Clint learns this the hard way. (Angst with a happy ending!)
     ◊ Endgame AU. A little while after the movie, a future version of Natasha arrives on Clint's doorstep. Why is Natasha back?
     ◊ Endgame AU. After Endgame, there's an influx of shotgun weddings/victory babies. Nat and Clint decide to impulsively get married. (You can ignore Laura and the kids here.)
     ◊ Soulmates AU. A soulmates AU where you're born with a birthmark/symbol representing your soulmate appear on your skin. The soulmarks don't guide the soulmates to find each other; they have to do that on their own. There's no guarantee they'll even meet. Nat is born with a bow and arrow while Clint is born with a black widow spider.
     ◊ Clint and Natasha get dosed with what they think is sex pollen. They manage to fight off the effects but soon realize it wasn't sex pollen—it was a love potion.
